3. Payment Terms
- ✓ Payment is only required after the work has been completed and delivered to your satisfaction.
- ✓ We accept PayPal, Wise, CashApp, and Zelle.
- ✓ Pricing is agreed upon before work begins. No hidden fees.
- ✓ We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on complexity, urgency, and scope of work.
4. Grade Guarantee & Refund Policy
- ✓ We aim to achieve an A on every order. If the grade falls below a B, you qualify for a full refund.
- ✓ Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final grade with supporting evidence.
- ✓ Refunds do not apply if the client provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading instructions.
- ✓ Refunds do not apply to cases where the client made changes to the submitted work after delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

7. Intellectual Property
All work produced by Studynexo is delivered to the client for their personal academic use. Studynexo retains no ownership claims over delivered work once payment has been received. Clients may not resell or commercially distribute work delivered by Studynexo.
8. Rewards & Referral Program
- ✓ Rewards points are earned on eligible orders and referrals.
- ✓ Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed against future Studynexo services.
- ✓ Studynexo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
- ✓ Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Studynexo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes beyond our stated grade guarantee.
10. Termination
Studynexo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or violation of these Terms of Service.
